rooftop pool friendly staff food variety old room noisy room tiny room
the rooftop pool was fabulous. the views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is very clean. breakfast had a good variety of food on offer.
i found the rooms really old. the rooms are overpriced for what they are. the average to bad rooms are really noisy.

broken hairdryer bad attitude
i was very disappointed. the hairdryer in our room was broken. the toilet seemed old. when the lights went off, the room made cracking sounds all night. some staff were not very service minded and had an attitude. i do not think it is a 5 stars hotel.

helpful staff beautiful view breakfast choices
i found the staff very accommodating. the rooftop pool and bar had a beautiful view. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and good quality.
the room seemed a bit dated, and sound insulation was not optimal. i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms (it was a bizarre interleading-style room for some reason).
